If you need a quick energy boost for studying or to get a head start on new assignments this evening, forget the energy drinks, coffee, and caffeine- what you really need is a sugar rush and a break from looking over PowerPoints, assignments and to-do lists. Being in a academic environment for too long can drain your energy and your focus. Sometimes, a quick break away from thinking can go a long way.
If you’re looking for a simple reason to close your laptop and step outside for a bit, the DC staff will be passing out candy and snacks to fellow students at this year’s trunk or treat event in the Hubbard Hall parking lot from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.! This is the perfect study break to help you gain motivation and recharge your brain for the rest of the night.
Before you head back to the library or your dorm room, grab your friends and have some fun! Throw on a creative costume (or wear your favorite sweatpants), check out the decorations in and on the cars, and stock up on as many sweat treats as you can so that you can be energized for the rest of the week.
Starting at 6:30 p.m., the Hubbard Hall parking lot will be closed to those not participating in the Trunk or Treat event.
Take advantage of the free candy, planned hangout with friends, and the excuse for a break to kick this week off right!
Will you prefer the trunk decor… or the awesome treats inside?
