Caramel Apples:

  1. Rinse your favorite kind of apple in cold water and pat them dry.
  2. Take a pre-shaped caramel wrap and place them over the apple.
  3. Once you place the popsicle stick through the core of the apple (most caramel wrap packages have them), place it in the microwave for 1 minute, at 30 second intervals.
  4. Once the caramel is slightly bubbly and sticky, you can press or roll the caramel apple in sprinkles for an extra touch.

If you would rather, you can melt caramel squares in a bowl and dip the apples in instead.

Pillsbury Ready to bake cookies:

For those of you who have found the stoves in your dorms or are going home for the weekend, this is a good recipe for some quick treats!

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
  2. Place pre cut cookie dough onto a baking sheet about 2 inches apart from each other. (I found it was good to place no more than 12 pre cut slices on a single baking sheet.)
  3. Bake! They will bake for about 8- 10 minutes depending on your oven.
